What is HYROX?

Getting Started

 

Joining us is easy! Simply:

  1. Sign Up – Head over to our Memberships page to choose your plan.
  2. Buy a Membership – Choose the right membership for your goals, training sessions per week. Our memberships allow for CrossFit or HYROX sessions.
  3. Book a Class – Once you’re a member, check our Class Schedule to book your first HYROX session and get started!
