First Steps in Your CrossFit Journey
Taking that first step might feel intimidating, but remember, every CrossFit athlete started right where you are now. As a coach, my first promise to you is this: We’ll meet you at your level. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a complete newbie to exercise, CrossFit is for everyone. Our workouts are scalable, which means every exercise can be adjusted to suit your current fitness level.

One of the most beautiful aspects of CrossFit is our community. You’ll never be alone in this journey. The support, encouragement, and camaraderie you’ll find in a CrossFit gym are unmatched. We cheer for the first to finish and the last because here, effort is what we celebrate. Small Victories are the key, every step in the right direction helps you get better and we do that together.
Your First Class: What to Expect
We actually run a course called a ‘Ramp On’ course. This course takes you through the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. These movements form the basis of what we train and once you have the moves down, you can pretty much take on any training routine that is thrown at you. The Ramp On course has three sessions and we teach you 3 of the nine movements in each of the sessions and then we give you a short work out to top it all off with. Once you have completed the course, you can start training in the daily WODs (Workout of the Day). Thats where the fun really begins.
